Project Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated individual to assist our new project management team in completing engineering and pavement maintenance projects. The candidate will oversee and maintain traffic control on projects, assist clients, customers, and subcontractors with site-related issues, and measure and evaluate parking lots. The Project Coordinator works hand-in-hand with the Project Manger to oversee important high-profile projects and maintain the integrity of the projects. Responsibilities include traffic control and lot closures, monitoring project plans, preparing project status reports, maintaining a safe and clean working environment, and other duties as assigned. This position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience in construction trades and the ability to work flexible hours.
Business Development Representatives/ Marketing/Sales
We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Representative who will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales across all company service lines within the NY/NJ regional area. This person will be responsible for representing the company to customers, calling on existing customers and prospects, and soliciting and establishing customer needs. We are seeking a professional Executive Administrative Assistant. This person will perform administrative duties including but not limited to correspondence, meeting minutes, preparation of presentations, travel arrangements, meeting/event planning, and various personal errands. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to remain flexible in a fast paced environment. Candidate must have 5 years experience as well as 5 years of support-staff experience at the executive level.
Paving, Sweeping, Striping, Working Foreman
We are searching for talented Foreman to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of a designated project team. This person will be responsible for accomplishing goals or objectives of a project within a specific time frame. Other duties include communicating daily with designated Project Manager, taking pictures of jobs, ensuring that proper signage is displayed at each jobsite and removed afterwards, overseeing vehicle inspections and pre-job checklists, ensuring that all materials are installed to manufacturer’s specifications for product application, data entry and other activities as assigned.
Asphalt/ Concrete Estimator
Estimator responsible for budget estimating, and plan and specification estimating for asphalt paving and concrete projects. Applicant must have 3-5 years paving and concrete experience.

Applicants must possess a clean license and have 3 -5 years experience operating broom street sweeper and vacuum sweeper trucks.

Must possess working knowledge of spreader box, rollers, front end loaders, dozers, excavators, cold planer milling machines, Bobcats, concrete breakers, augers, etc. Operators must have 3 -5 years experience.
Asphalt rakers, lutemen, and shovelers, concrete finishmen for sidewalks & curbs.
Manual labor positions are available for all areas of the business. No experience necessary for laborers; but must have desire to work and a willingness to learn.
Mechanic
5 – 10 years experience with construction equipment such as sweeper trucks, diesel trucks and heavy equipment to do daily maintenance and repairs. Must be willing and able to deal with overnight breakdowns on nightly sweeping and be available when nighttime paving projects are in progress.
